Futurama S4E11 – 30% Iron Chef
Bender aspires to become a chef but is rejected by the Planet Express crew. He turns to Elzar, his chef role model, and is rejected as well. Bender makes friends with space hobos, which includes Helmut Spargel, a previous world-class chef. Helmut takes Bender as an apprentice, and trains him to become a master chef. Bender is given a secret item, ‘the pure essence of flavor’. Bender now challenges Elzar to a cooking competition, the “Iron Cook” show. Can he win?
